Who we need
Reporting to the Sample Logistics Manager, Eastern Canada, we are hiring a Customer Support Technician to join our Kingston Service Centre. As our new Customer Support Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring environmental samples move efficiently and accurately from client intake through to laboratory processing. Acting as the first point of contact for clients and the connection between customer service, logistics, and laboratory operations, you will receive and process samples, maintain accurate documentation, coordinate shipments, and ensure every submission meets regulatory and quality requirements.
